Brook was founded in 1964, and has been at the forefront of providing wellbeing and sexual
health support for young people for almost 60 years.
Brook is committed to changing attitudes, challenging prejudices and championing equality so
that all young people can lead happy, healthy lives. Through our innovative clinical services,
digital support, tailored counselling and inspiring relationships and sex education, young
people are able to take charge of their sexual health. The support we provide is built on the
pioneering legacy of our founder, Helen Brook, and our work tackles the multiple, complex
issues affecting young people’s wellbeing. In recent years we have continued our successful
expansion into all age provision, enabling wider communities to benefit from our holistic,
whole life approach.
We deliver services across the UK, with clinical services in London, Southend, Wirral,
Manchester, Bristol, Cornwall, Dudley, Blackburn and Burnley, as well as education and
training contracts nationwide

Please outline the goals which you were looking to obtain from engaging with the Red Rock
The goals we wanted to obtain from working with the
Red Rock team was firstly the Hosted Telephone Solution,
Quick Response while providing guidance on what we wanted to achieve.
A Partnership with an organisation that would take the time to understand our organisation’s
needs and challenges, and work with us to identify/design the right solution for us.
Please outline what needs were required for the project to be considered a success?
Responsive to setting up the right telephone solutions for Brook,
while Delivery to tight deadlines in order to have a published number in advance of new services going
live and provinding ongoing support.
Flexibility – we needed a solution, and a supplier, that would respond to the changing demands of
the organisation, & could provide contract terms that fit with our funding arrangements and allow
us to flex up and down as needed.

Excellent customer service, support, guidance and Problem solving.
We could talk to Red Rock about a challenge we were experiencing or an aim we
would like to achieve, and Red Rock would come up with the solution.
We are now able to twin calls to mobiles to cover staff working from home and still able to run our service
No project timeline set, however from order been placed to system being live was very quick and
ongoing support to our various teams being greatly appreciated.
Brook have received guidance from Red Rock on solutions and products that would be best suited to our needs in addition to this we have received training videos in order to share this with new employees so that they understand the telephone solution and procedures for the twinning process. Red Rock has also identified we had clients waiting in queues for an unacceptable length of time and provided a solution for this by making an amendment to the system. We have had ongoing support for our teams whilst the new solution has been implemented.
