while Delivery to tight deadlines in order to have a published number in advance of new services going live and provinding ongoing support.
Flexibility – we needed a solution, and a supplier, that would respond to the changing demands of the organisation, & could provide contract terms that fit with our funding arrangements and allow us to flex up and down as needed.

Been able to twin calls to mobiles to cover staff working from home and still being able to run a service.
No project timeline set, however from order been placed to system being live was very quick and ongoing support to our various teams has been greatly appreciated.
Brook have received guidance on solutions and products that would be best suited to our needs. Ongoing to our teams whilst the new solution has been implemented. Training videos so we can share this with new employees so they understand the telephone solution. Procedures for the twinning process. Amendment to the system when it was identified we were having clients waiting in the queue for an unacceptable length of time for Brook.
