My role provides leadership to every area of the business. My focus is on developing employee engagement, helping team members develop personal and professional goals, and working with partners to form strategies that enable the long–term success of the company.

Paul Bate

As co-founder and Solutions Architect, my responsibilities revolve around client’s needs and supporting the business with its sales capabilities. I create bespoke telecommunication solutions for businesses that deliver tangible benefits and return on investment for clients.  

I ensure our clients receive tailored service care that aligns with our brand's ethos and practice. By building new relationships with businesses, I contribute to the overall success of Red Rock's development and rapid growth within the technology industry.
Operations Director

Alex Dunn

I Joined Red Rock in January 2020 as a Senior Technician and took on the role of Operations Director in 2023.  

In my role, I am responsible for maintaining the customer service quality of our clients and training all help desk and installation staff to the Red Rock standard. I help to ensure the overall success of Red Rock by delivering promptly on our services operations around our client's schedules to help increase their productivity. 
Senior Finance & Billing Partner

Victoria Pevitt

I’m responsible for overseeing the business's financial management; I manage cash flow, budgets and the finance & billing systems and create strategic financial processes.

I ensure client subscription services are billed accurately and on time whilst working alongside different departments to provide financial analysis and data, helping senior management make more informed decisions to drive business growth.

Brand & Marketing Growth Partner

Emmanuel Okundaye

My role involves the commercial growth of the company through strategic marketing communications, following the ethos and guidelines of the brand’s core beliefs.

As the Brand and Marketing Growth Partner, I ensure brand growth through market exposure to develop new relationships and prospects for the business. I ensure value is added to our current clients’ portfolios by communicating new company developments and achievements to enhance their corporate experience.

1st Line Helpdesk Partner

Kian Winter

I oversee initial helpdesk support enquiries as the 1st Line Helpdesk Support Partner, handling daily tickets for clients.

My role involves assigning tickets to either myself or the second/third-line engineers based on the necessary skill set. Additionally, I play a key role in setting up new phone systems and connectivity for clients with the installation team. I focus on maintaining high client satisfaction through exceptional customer service and providing optimal solutions tailored to their requirements.
Customer Operations Partner

Sarah Chapman

My role is to ensure Red Rocks services are delivered in the best possible route for business continuity.

My role involves managing client contracts, ensuring a smooth handover of consumer journeys between internal departments and reporting numbers to senior management. I am also the Mental well-being first aider as I advocate for promoting Mental Health awareness within the workplace and lead on the sustainability journey of Red Rock. My roles help Red Rock efficiently communicate with our customers to give them the best service experience.
Finance & Admin Partner

Eleanor Attwood

I oversee the daily financial administration of the business, ensuring client and supplier accounts are up to date whilst resolving stakeholder financial queries. I also ensure end-of-month reports are completed and shared with the different internal departments for efficient business decision-making and growth.

I also focus on the inclusion and fair representation of women's health within the workplace through internal awareness and social campaigns.
