One of our customers recently got in touch and asked us to get to the bottom of why they were having issues with some of their computers over a prolonged period. Our expert cabling engineer Chris Burnett arrived at site and after a couple of hours of investigating rang the office in disbelief at what he found, not only had the previous network cabling company twisted together the cable, they had the audacity to use different coloured Cat 5e cables and electrical tape!
Needless to say, we were not completely shocked at the findings and it saddens us to think that there are cabling companies out there delivering such a substandard level of service.
