Welcome to the May newsletter. As ever there is always something happening at Red Rock as we push onwards towards our goals for 2022 and beyond.
We have now been accredited as Living Wage Employer by the Living Wage Foundation. By ensuring everybody at Red Rock is paid at least the Living wage means we have achieved one the main goals when setting up the business back in 2018. Since then we have grown almost 300% in team members and placing culture at the very heart of Red Rock means we can attract and keep hold of the very best people. It can be one of the toughest things in business to find the right person who is the right fit and having the right culture is key.

At the end of April, we moved into our brand-new office in Dukinfield. With twice the space of our previous office it will give us the room to grow over the next 3 years without the worry of having to move again and enabling us to bring onboard even more amazing people to help drive Red Rock forward.
